MATCHA GUIDE

Simple rituals for better matcha.

HOW TO MAKE MATCHA

1. Sift 2–3g of matcha into a bowl
2. Add 60ml hot water (75°C)
3. Whisk in a quick zig-zag motion until fine foam appears
4. Add milk or more water if desired

HOW TO STORE MATCHA

1. Seal tightly after each use
2. Store in a cool, dark place
3. Avoid humidity and sunlight
4. Best consumed within 4–6 weeks
